This piece utilizes the body as both prop and subject matter. The merging of blue-screened footage with a recorded history of space, combined with the strong audio content creates quite a dynamic flux between space, mind and subject.
The work pertains to rather universal dynamics of existence. The elaborate flux of the performance portrays negotiations required both intra-personally and inter-personally. It encapsulates energy flows and synchronizations between people.
The transient nature of the space echoes the fleeting nature of one's mind. The artist has used an illusionary mechanism via the continuation of the corridor, by projecting upon a false wall. The super-imposed projection brings a visual manifestation to the conditions of the inner mind. The auditory environment mimics the same.
